Throughout Ms. Chung’s career, she has served as a strategic advisor to the C-suite of Fortune 500 corporations and provided the vision and leadership to assist her clients successfully negotiate tough go-to-market choices that they face. As an integral strategist and skilled communicator with honed motivational skills, she has been an effective change agent for organizations undergoing major transformations. Ms. Chung brings to her global clients multicultural and multinational experience with cross-border managerial dexterity.
Prior to founding Eton Bray Group, Ms. Chung was Head of Sales and Marketing Strategy Group at Arthur D. Little (ADL), a preeminent global management consulting firm. As a well-respected Partner and thought leader, Ms. Chung led the development of breakthrough go-to-market strategies for leading global enterprises. She was widely recognized for driving business growth in new consulting areas and for winning some of ADL’s largest strategy projects. During her tenure at ADL, Ms. Chung led global intellectual capital development initiatives on Market-Driven Growth Strategy and Customer Relationship Management.
Ms. Chung has deep and well-practiced expertise in inventing innovative approaches to going to market and driving the revenue hunt in hyper competitive industries. In recent years, she has brought her expertise into financial services, media, communications, and technology brands to develop strategies, processes, and programs to create compelling customer experiences, accelerate profitable revenue growth, reposition brands, and penetrate new markets.

Ms. Chung graduated from Amherst College, B.A. in Political Science and French, and Columbia University Graduate School of Business, M.B.A. in Management of Organization and Marketing. She grew up in London and Mexico City. She is a classical music enthusiast and supporter of the arts, and is passionate about international affairs, politics, and wildlife conservation.
